Garut. Ketua Pimpinan Cabang (PC) Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) Kabupaten Garut menghadiri acara pelantikan dan upgrading yang diadakan Pimpinan Anak Cabang (PAC) IPNU Kecamatan Banjarwangi di Aula Kecamatan, pada Kamis (16/09/22).

Dalam sambutannya, M. Arif Bahaudin menegaskan bahwa IPNU hadir di Indonesia sebagai wadah pembelajaran dan peningkatan potensi serta kapasitas diri para pelajar.
“Setiap pengurus, baik IPNU maupun IPPNU harus selalu meyakini dalam dirinya bahwa dengan masuknya ke dalam organisasi, setiap aktivitasnya harus dijadikan sebagai sebuah ruang pembelajaran,” terangnya.
Ia juga menekankan agar para pengurus IPNU IPPNU Banjarwangi harus menjadi contoh bagi segenap anggotanya. Dengan mengutip perkataan pendiri IPNU, KH. Prof Mohammad Tolhah Mansoer, Arif berharap kader-kader IPNU IPNU Banjarwangi mampu melahirkan pelajar yang berwawasan intelektual, tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai positif organisasi.
“Setelahnya di lantik, setiap gerakan pengurus IPNU IPPNU harus bisa menjadi cerminan bagi anggota-anggotanya, semogga PAC IPNU IPPNU Banjarwangi bisa melahirkan Intelektualnya ulama, ulama yang intelektual ulama, karena di IPNU IPPNU adalah suatu wadah yang tepat untuk melahirkan itu,” jelas Arif.
Terakhir, Arif mengucapkan selamat dan sukses kepada pengurus PAC IPNU IPPNU Kecamatan Banjarwangi masa khidmat 2022-2024.
Dalam acara tersebut, tak hanya pelaksanaan pelantikan digelar namun ada kegiatan upgrading yang dilaksanakan PAC IPNU IPPNU Banjarwangi sebagai pembekalan bagi kepengurusan baru. ***
